Most people have old video tapes or family photos in a box somewhere. VHS tapes and Polaroids served us well for many years but let’s face facts, their time is long gone. Most people don’t even use their VCR’s anymore let alone watch their old home movies. Videos and old photos also deteriorate over time if not properly stored. What’s the point of keeping all these memories if no one gets a chance to see them?
Today there are plenty of technologies out there that allow you to convert all of your old media to new digital formats. For some people this can be a daunting task. Some may find it too technically challenging, others may find the sheer volume of material too much to tackle.
