Zumba with Tasha offers Zumba Fitness classes for all ages, levels, intensities and abilities. Zumba is a fun way to stay active and meet your fitness goals. The classes are taught by Tasha Whitmore, a certified Zumba instructor, personal trainer and nutrition coach.

What is Zumba?
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
If you haven’t tried Zumba before, please don’t be intimidated. One of Tasha’s strengths as an instructor is keeping her choreography easy and accessible while still making it interesting and new. Tasha’s Zumba classes have people of all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities, and intensities. One of the things that’s great about Zumba is that you get to learn routines over time. The week that a new routine is introduced, you might not get all of it and that’s ok! The first week you might get the feet, the next week, the arms, the following week, the hips, and before you know it you’re totally rocking it out!
