Stephen D. Surman is President and COO with 30 years experience in the construction industry; 20 years as a carpenter in the field and the last 10 years in management. Steve’s management experience began first as an estimator for 2 years, then as a Project Manager for 6 years and the last 2 years as Vice President of Operations for a multi-million dollar company.
Joseph M. Delibertis is CEO. Joe started in the industry as a carpenter helper and went on to further his education at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA, where he received his associates degree in Building Construction. Joe was a Partner in a multi-million dollar construction company and worked as a Project Manager.
